Parking Garage
Parking for Williams Tower is provided in its adjacent parking garage located directly west of the Tower, which is divided into the North and South Garages (referred to collectively as the “parking garage”). The 10 levels above grade are used for contract parking and are accessible via McCue Street, W. Alabama, and Waterwall Drive. Clearance at garage entrances is 6’ 11”. Contract parkers may access the garage at all times using their assigned parking card.
Visitor parking is located in the two levels below ground, accessible via Waterwall Drive. Valet service is available on level B2 for visitor parkers at no additional cost. Valet is currently discontinued until further notice.

- Pay-by-Foot Kiosk - located on Level 1 of the West Drive. This allows the ease to pay for visitor parking when exiting the building, without the hassle of paying at the exit gate.
Loading Dock / Deliveries
- Vendors / delivery trucks must utilize the Williams Tower loading dock, not the parking garage. The loading dock clearance is 13’6”.
- During business hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The loading dock parking is kept to a one (1) hour maximum. Usage exceeding the time limit must be approved in advance through the Property Management Office.
